Registration Form
You may submit your registration via regular mail, email or fax. Registration form without payment will not be accepted.
Your registration will be confirmed by Conference Secretariat within 1 – 2 weeks after receipt of the registration form and payment. Confirmation will be issued by email or fax only.
Amendments
No amendments will be accepted over the telephone or fax. Please post or email any amendments to Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat before 31 March 2010.
2. Only registration fees will be refunded less USD100 per person on or before 31 March 2010.
3. No refund for any cancellation received after 30 April 2010.
4. All transaction fees and bank charges incurred for payment through bank transfer must be bear by the registrant.
Payment Options
1. All prices are quoted in USD or SGD. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. The fees can only be made by Bank Transfer or Bank Draft.
2. Please note that if the Bank Draft is not drawn from a Singapore bank, an administrative fee of US$35.00 will be imposed for each bank draft issued to us.
3. Bank Draft should be made payable to “Rave Group Pte Ltd” and made payable in USD or SGD. Please indicate clearly your name and address on the reverse side of the bank draft. Upon which, please mail together with the official registration form to:

Official Letter of Invitation
1. Individual who wishes to receive an official letter of invitation to Conn-Selmer Institute Asia Conference 2010 must apply to the Conference Secretariat and include brief summary of request.
2. Please note that this applies to individuals requiring visa or other special forms of permission to attend this Conference. A letter of invitation does not commit the Conference defraying registration fees, transportation, hotel accommodation or any other expenses incurred by the delegates.
