The author of several works and recipient of many awards, Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser has been recognized with the Mr. Holland’s Opus Award and the Midwest Music Industry Award. Dr. Lautzenheiser also directs Conn-Selmer Institute, the preeminent educational workshop in the music industry.

James Doepke, recently retired from a 23 year tenure as Director of Bands at Waukesha North High School--Waukesha, Wisconsin. Under Jim Doepke's leadership The Northstar Band made an unprecedented three appearances in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade and two appearances in the New York City Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
